Council Representation and Departments
Just lately more of our local councilors are taking an interest in the RNWA scheme, and some are turning up to our meetings. For instance, Beat 5 coordinators meet once a quarter (extra to the bi-annual main meetings). and usually have their local councilor in attendance at these meetings. RNWA can use this channel to raise issues at the local council meetings. So... Get your councilor involved!
Rushmoor council website have a section dedicated to Environmental issues, and RNWA has now got some good links with the council departments. It is worth looking here.
If you would like to find out the councils policies regarding anti-social behaviour, then visit the Rushmoor website. Look under ->Environment ->Pollution and Air Quality.
