Reporting a Crime
A crime is where someone commits an offence against the Law. This does not generally cover anti-social and nuisance issues.
- If you see a crime taking place then ring 999.
- If you become aware of a crime after the event, then ring 0845 045 4545 or use the link on the police website
- For Community Safety issues and non-emergency crime call 101
- If however you see something that looks suspicious or strange then contact us.
However if the anti-social behaviour is serious enough to make you fear for your safety or the safety of others, you should then contact the police directly by dialling 999.
