Crime Reporting vs Incident Reporting

One of the most difficult dilemmas facing the RNWA schemes is that of reporting incidents. We can all remember seeing an unusual incident and feel we must contact the police. But when one analyses what the implications are, it seems the police can do very little about it (unless there is an actual crime taking place.) It is not a crime to look or act suspiciously. To this end we have provided a means for informing us of just these events. We collect and forward that information and you can rest assured that the Police will use it as intelligence data.
